OF BLUE BAY WATERS:

01. Extra Guests charges shall be payable accordingly in excess of the number of guests allotted (as per contract/reservation form) for each function room.  In the event that less than the agreed number of guests shall show up, the CLIENT shall not be relieved from its liability to pay the Total Amount as agreed upon.

02.     Day Tour:          Check-In Time:  10:00 AM              Check-Out Time:   5:00 PM

          Overnight:         Check-In Time:  11:00 AM              Check-Out Time:   10:00 AM

                                      Check In Time:   05:00 PM              Check out  Time:  04:00 PM

03. Children’s  rate are applicable for children  Four (4) feet and below in height;

04.     Extra Guest/s on all accommodations shall be charged accordingly

          Note:                  No beddings included for extra guest(s) charges.
                                     Extra Beddings Rate: P300 per set, subject to availability;                
                                     Rates exclusive of breakfast.

05. Outside Caterers are not allowed in.  Corkage shall be charged for food, bottled and canned   drinks and the like (soft/hard ) at the rate of P100 per guest for Food Corkage and P100 per guest for Drinks Corkage;

06. Recreational Facilities – are to be pre-arranged and reserved for availability and time schedule.

07. Videoke – First come, first serve basis. Exclusive use needs to be  pre-arranged. Clients are requested to use Videoke until reasonable times only and at tolerable volume level so as to give consideration to other guests needing rest and peace and quiet. Loud Volume and Noises shall not be allowed and shall constitute discontinuance of use of Videoke.

09. Pets are not allowed in BBW unless prior permission is secured.

10. The CLIENT shall be responsible for damages of facilities and or losses of equipments,  beddings, bottles, dining ware, etc. entrusted to them by BBW.

11. Open Sea Swimming shall be allowed only up to 7 PM as per order of Department of Tourism.

12. Night swimming in pools shall be allowed only until  10:00 PM. Extra hours can be arranged with prior permission secured.

13. Only Swimming Suit and Swimming Trunks are allowed in the pool area.

14. Food , Drinks and smoking are not allowed in the pool area;

15. Clients are responsible for their things and valuables. BBW shall not be liable for any loss or damages of Client’s Personal Belongings;

16. Boat Rides, Seafood for Sale, Trinkets for Sale are offered by the neighboring local people. BBW shall not be liable for any transaction made by and between the Client and any third Party;

17. Sea Side Gates are closed at 7 PM  for Safety and Security Purposes;

18. Main Entrance Gates are closed at 10 PM for Safety and Security Purposes. Please seek permission for late entrance or exit from BBW;

19. In Cases of Transportation hired from BBW, The CLIENT shall load the buses/vehicles only up to their authorized capacity.  In violation of this, the CLIENT shall be liable for the payment of fines, penalties and expenses which may   be incurred or imposed on by the bus company.  Toll fees and other road expenses shall be borne by the CLIENT.

20. Liability of BBW from any suit arising from accident or injury extends only within the safety limits or area of responsibility.

21. Clients are required to pay Fifty Percent (50%) Percent deposit to reserve facilities.

Fifty percent (50%) of the total cost shall be forfeited upon cancellation of reservation. 

Cancellation made less than a week before date of affair shall not relieve the CLIENT to pay the Total Contract Price (TCP) as agreed upon.

• All communications on amendment on Contract/Reservation or any instructions between BBW and Client shall be in written form to avoid misunderstanding.
